Shipping is free on orders over $49. For smaller orders, rates are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my pet doesn’t like the toy?

No problem! If your toy isn’t a hit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery with no questions asked.

When will I get my refund?

Most plush and fabric toys are machine-washable, just use a gentle cycle and air dry. Rubber and plastic toys can be rinsed with warm soapy water.
